This model should for her own sake have breast reduction surgery. my cousin had it done although she wasn't her extreme size. The procedure allowed her to enjoy a more healthy life as she grew older and wasn't burbaned by the weight on her shoulders of those extremely large breast. the old saying of more than a mouth full is a waste , applies here.
