In my opinion this kind of downblouse should be called upblouse. Because a regular 'down'blouse → looking at her breasts 'down' from above. In this case it's the other way around → You're looking at her breasts from below upwards. So it should be called/named 'up'blouse! But that's just my way of logical thought.
