This was Lorena's final shoot after announcing her retirement, a favor to her friend, photographer Luca Helios. And obviously after having her baby. You can tell by her finally having breasts (!) and her fuller face. And she likely had a c-section scar, since her tummy is obscured the whole time. She will always be my favorite adult star. Her face is magnificent.
